Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie’s Favourite Things in London

As beloved members of the British royal family, and granddaughters to Queen Elizabeth II, both Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have spent most of their lives in and around London. Famously, they had a wonderful relationship with their grandmother and kept close to her throughout their early years and into adulthood, spending time at the late Queen’s main residence at Buckingham Palace.

Both sisters have a clear love of all things London, whether they are dining at one of the city’s best restaurants, visiting the best hair salon in Kensington, or wearing a top designer outfit to one of their many social engagements – London has become their forever playground.

Beulah London

Beulah London

Luxury womenswear brand, Beulah, is one of the leading British fashion lines, with an eye for exquisite detail and truly feminine clothes. The company was founded in 2010 by Lavinia Brennan and Natasha Isaacs who wanted to create clothes to empower the wearer, with their classic and beautiful designs to flatter and enhance women’s confidence.

They’re also a company that cares with 10% of all their profits going to charitable causes.

Princess Beatrice is a huge fan of the brand and reportedly has ten of the dresses. One of the most striking she has worn is the crimson ‘Christina’ dress, and the forest green ‘Ahana’ dress.

The brand is well-known amongst royal circles and is also loved by Princess Eugenie, the Princess of Wales, and the Duchess of Edinburgh.

Scott’s

Scott’s

Scott’s is one of London’s most glamorous restaurants and the quintessential luxury venue for the finest fish and seafood in London. It’s the place for celebrities, who are often ‘papped’ entering and leaving the restaurant in flurry of photos. It’s always been a regular haunt of Elisabeth Hurley, Kate Moss and Nigella Lawson.

It also happens to be a magnet for royalty, with Beatrice visiting with a friend in 2004. On that evening, she wore a chic navy coat, and flowing crimson skirt to the restaurant.

Of course, no details as to the meal itself but as Scott’s is all about the very best in seafood, I have my favourites which I think give a perfect glimpse of what’s on offer.

There’s no better way to start proceedings than with a glass of Champagne to pair with Caviar and blinis – indulgence is all part of the experience.

For starters, the temptingly sticky Griddled Prawns with spicy Korean chilli and ginger dressing, paired with the sublime Lobster Mayonnaise with tomato and horseradish sauce.

Moving onto the mains of Dover Sole Meunière and Fillet of Halibut with cauliflower purée and scallop velouté, and a few delicious side dishes including the Creamed Spinach and Heritage Potatoes.

Dessert is not to missed and the Triple Chocolate Fondant with hazelnut ice cream is as decadent as it sounds.

It’s a menu fit for royalty, I think.

Aspinal of London

Aspinal of London

Exquisite British craftmanship and understated elegance is the hallmark of the exceptional Aspinal of London. This luxury lifestyle brand is one of the most coveted by the royals, who are regularly seen carrying their exquisite handbags – the Princess of Wales and Queen Camilla are known to be fans.

Beatrice has been spotted on more than one occasion toting the London Hat Box bag, in deep shine Bordeaux. This vintage-style bag is utterly chic and just big enough to hold the essentials, all the while dressing up any outfit.

Daniel Galvin Jr

Superstar stylist Daniel Galvin Jr has been tending to the hair of the world’s biggest celebrities for over thirty years, from Madonna, Johnny Depp to the Beckhams. He was also the hair colourist of choice for Princess Diana.

Daniel is also the stylist that ensures Beatrice’s hair is looking shiny, bouncy and perfectly coiffed for her many social engagements. It’s no surprise to learn than he has also tended to her sister Eugenie’s hair as well as their mother, Sarah Ferguson.

In addition, he has been known to provide King Charles with some of his organic hair products.

If you also want the ‘royal’ treatment for yourself, you can book Daniel Galvin Jr at the Daniel Galvin salon in Kensington.

Rebecca Valance

Timeless elegance and beautiful silhouettes are the hallmark of luxury fashion brand, Rebecca Vallance. Founded in 2011, Rebecca’s designs have a global presence, debuting in Paris and soon after was stocked in London’s Harvey Nichols department store.

Beatrice was seen out and about in 2025 wearing a stunning crimson, floor-length Rebecca Valance dress. The gown had a beautiful floral print and was made from metallic brocade.

She was also spotted in New York that same year wearing black Rebecca Vallance dress, complete with decorative bows along the bodice.

Creed

Creed

The House of Creed is one of the world’s elite perfume houses, with an exceptional selection of the finest, artisan fragrances. The brand has a long and historic association with London, spanning well over 260 years.

It all began in Mayfair when James Henry Creed started a tailoring business, which eventually led to creating the finest fragrances for his affluent clientele.

Today, the prestigious brand is worn by celebrities from Michelle Obama, Pierce Brosnan and Angelina Jolie. The brand also has many royal fans including King Charles who famously wears Green Irish Tweed, and Princess Grace of Monaco who wore Fleurissimo on her wedding day.

Princes Eugenie is also a great fan on the brand and wears Jasmin Impératrice, a glamorous floral-oriental fragrance, with sandalwood, ambergris, Bulgarian rose and Italian jasmine.

Bocca di Lupo

Bocca di Lupo

Italian food from across all twenty-two regions, made with the finest ingredients is why Bocca di Lupo remains one of London’s most coveted dining spots – it’s seasonal, always innovative, and one of Soho’s best restaurants.

Opening in 2008, this legendary trattoria is consistently in demand, and a reservation is always essential. It’s especially popular with celebrities for its low-key, relaxed atmosphere with celebrities including Richard E Grant and Meghan Markle having visited and raved about the food.

It’s also a favourite of Princess Eugenie, and during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in 2016 she revealed that Bocca di Lupo was one of her favourite restaurants.

If you have a love of Italian cuisine, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit.

Emilia Wickstead

The luxury womenswear brand, Emilia Wickstead, is one of leading fashion labels for ladies looking for timeless design and elegant silhouettes. Emilia’s designs are also known to truly embrace colour, along with her eye-catching attention to details and craftsmanship.

Her thriving business operates out of her West London atelier, combining ready-to-wear as well as bespoke design services. Emilia’s beautiful clothes can also be found in some of the world’s most luxurious retailers including Net-a-Porter and Neiman Marcus.

Princess Eugenie has been a fan of Emilia’s work for many years and famously wore a bright orange dress in 2022 at the Queen’s Service of Thanksgiving.
